Business Unit:

We render your project "bankable"

In spite of sufficient wood and straw resources, Germany makes no more but little use of bioenergy. This is partly due to a poor profitability of the relative projects and to the calculatory risk. Another reason can be found in the lack of recoverability of the combustible’s supply contracts.

Working out a feasibility study before placing a request for financing is indispensable. The document’s scope is to prove a project’s technical feasibility, environmental benefit and profitability. It is handed over to potential lenders and investors to convince them of the project’s credit worthiness and is the basis for their decision making.

We offer to work out the feasibility study, to procure financing from investors and banks and to take over the business management of the ready works. Projects should have a minimum size of 10 MWth. Our technical partners are planning and engineering office Umwelttechnik & Ingenieure GmbH from Hannover and Witzenhausen-Institut für Abfall, Umwelt und Energie GmbH (research institute for waste, environment and energy) from Witzenhausen.
